After years of serving as a registered nurse, I developed severe back pain and anxiety. It wasn’t until then that I discovered the incredible healing power of food. My journey from the hospital ward to the kitchen has been transformative. After experiencing the healing power of good food for myself, I started teaching patients at bedside simple ways they could tweak their diet - and I started hearing back amazing results from them, too! Now, I'm on a mission to help others find health and happiness through simplified and personalized healthy eating.
